UK SHIPPING POLICY

Due to Mara Luna being a handmade company please allow up to 5 days processing time.

Your order will then be aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK. However this may be increased due to slow postal services or shipping delays which is out of our control.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you are more than happy with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied or have changed your mind on your purchase you can request a refund. You are eligible for a refund within 21 calendar days of your purchase dispatch date. After the 21-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

You will be responsible for the payment and shipping of your returned item. It is advised that you return your item using a tracked service as we can not be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit, and we can not provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back in their original condition. 

After your item is received unopened and in its original condition we will refund the full cost of the product, excluding any postage costs to the original payment method. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
